Hi Lynn! Welcome back to planDisney!
Two short days you are headed to the Magic! Let's talk about two of my passions,
Walt Disney World Resort, and food! Gawrsh, do I know how hard it can be to snag some of those Advance Dining Reservations. But I can assure you, I have vacationed many times throughout Walt Disney World with absolutely no dining reservations.
All four theme parks, Disney Resort Hotels, and Disney Springs have numerous
Quick Service Dining locations that do not require reservations. I'll give you a few of my personal favorites. At
Magic Kingdom Park try a southwestern salad from
Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Cafe. At
Disney's Animal Kingdom Park, you cannot beat a grilled chicken bowl from
Satu'li Canteen. While in
Disney's Hollywood Studios go out of this world for a Ronto Wrap from
Ronto Roasters. Let's take the
Disney Skyliner to
EPCOT for empanadas and guacamole from
Choza de Margarita.
Currently happening is the
EPCOT International Festival of the Arts. You can feast on artful delights from around the world at
food studios located throughout the park. I love the tomato soup and grilled cheese from Pop Eats. For a sweet treat, indulge in the Deconstructed Key Lime Pie from the Deconstructed Dish near the Port of Entry.
Also, do not forget to utilize the
Mobile Order Service available at many of these quick-service locations. One more tip, because guests may incur a fee for dining reservations canceled less than 24 hours, I can often score hard to get restaurant reservations within a day of my desired time and location. So keep checking the app!
Bon appétit,
Cindy
