Disneyland Paris adventure is just a couple of weeks away! I completely understand why you might feel a little nervous when payment is showing as pending but the confirmation email has not arrived just yet.
Please don’t worry, it can take up to 48 hours for your confirmation email to come through after booking. Once it arrives, you will be able to use your confirmation number to link your reservation to your account in the
Disneyland Paris app.
Just so you know, once your booking is linked in the app, don’t worry if you cannot see your Disney Park tickets straight away. This is completely normal. Your tickets will appear 7 days before your arrival as part of your MagicPass if you have booked a
Hotel + Ticket Package.
My top tip would be to keep an eye on your email inbox and junk folder over the next day or two. If your confirmation has not arrived after 48 hours, I’d recommend reaching out to
Disneyland Paris directly so a Cast Member can check the booking for you.
