    How do I attach a credit card to a disney account?

    Hi Carol, welcome to planDisney!

    You can update your payment information on the Walt Disney World website or by using the My Disney Experience Mobile App.

    To update the payment method on the Walt Disney World Website, you can follow these steps:

    • Hover over the "My Disney Experience" tab and click on "Profile."
    • Scroll down to "Payment Method" and click on the arrow to expand the page - sign in if prompted.
    • Add your credit card information and save.
    To update the payment method using the My Disney Experience app, you can follow these steps: 

    • Open your My Disney Experience app.
    • From the main menu, scroll past the tiles and select "My Profile."
    • Press "Payment Method" and sign in, if prompted.
    • Add your credit card information and save.
    • While on that page, press the "Disney Resort Hotel Guest Pin" tab and enter a 4-digit PIN.  This will provide an extra level of security for any room charges you wish to make during your vacation.
    This is a fairly easy process no matter which method you choose but should you have any trouble whatsoever, you can call My Disney Experience, MagicBand, and MagicBand+ to speak to a Cast Member for further assistance.
