Hi there Myca, welcome to planDisney! Thank you for reaching out with your question and congratulations to your athlete and her team for qualifying for The Summit Championship! As a fellow parent with an athlete competing at Summit at
Walt Disney World, and with several years of experience attending this incredible event, I’m thrilled to help you navigate your question about ticket information.
If your athlete has the 2 day
Park Hopper ticket provided through Varsity, those tickets do require
theme park reservations. However, if you purchase a separate single day,
date based ticket, no reservation is required for that ticket. Your athlete can make park reservations for two days using the Varsity provided Park Hopper ticket and use the single day ticket in between those days without any issues. The tickets will not interfere with each other.
For admission types requiring theme park reservations, be sure to check
reservation availability as soon as possible. Please note that theme park reservations are limited in number and subject to availability. Availability can change until the theme park reservation is finalized.
Myca, I hope this information helps as you plan your visit to Walt Disney World and ESPN Wide World of Sports to support your athlete during The Summit Championship. If you have any other questions about tickets, park reservations, or anything else related to your trip, please don’t hesitate to
reach out to me directly. I’d be more than happy to assist! Wishing you an incredible experience filled with magical memories, we’ll see ya real soon!
