Hello there, Jerri!
Like Ratatouille, I love experimenting with different oatmeal and overnight oat recipes. I understand how important it is to find the perfect salty, sweet, and chewy oatmeal combination. I haven’t tried
Cape May Cafe’s oatmeal, but I was recently blown away by how much I loved the Muesli (similar to overnight oats) available in
Cabanas on the Disney Dream. I went back for two (or three) helpings! It also looks like the
Ale & Compass overnight oats are a hit.
If you’re interested in Cabana’s Muesli recipe, I’ve made my own version that tastes just like it by combining: 1 pound of muesli, 1 cup of honey, 1 cup of milk, 1 cup of heavy cream, ½ cup of dried apricots, ½ cup of raisins, ½ cup of flaked almonds, ½ cup of walnuts, and ¼ cup dried cranberries.
Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to get the Cape May Cafe oatmeal recipe, but a friendly Cast Member recommends that you send your recipe inquiry to this email address,
guest.services@disneyworld.com. You’ll be directed to the recipe team, and hopefully, they’ll be able to share all the recipe details.
If you enjoy going on culinary adventures, I highly recommend visiting the
Disney Parks Blog to find different recipes from the Walt Disney World Resort. I was thrilled when they shared the recipe for my favorite theme park treat, the
DOLE Whip, for DOLE Whip Day. You never know what tasty recipes you’ll find there. Please
reach out to me directly if you need anything else.
May the magic be with you!Melanie
