    I assume you have to actually pay for your meal etc with your Disney Visa in order to get the cardholder discounts? Also, is it possible to "load" Disney gift cards on your magic band for payments?

    The Disney Premier Visa Card by Chase is a great way to quickly build Disney Rewards points in order to make the most of your trip. That being said, yes, to get the discounts you must use the card itself for purchases. It can also get you into a special character meet & greet just for Disney Visa cardholders!

    At this time, you are unable to load Disney gift cards onto your MagicBand, though I agree that's a great suggestion because I also love to use Disney gift cards for all of my purchases! If you are staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel, you can use your MagicBand for all purchases and then use Disney gift cards at the concierge desk to pay off your purchases.
