Hi Sandra!
Welcome home! And welcome to planDisney!
Thank you for visiting us during this strange time between Christmas and New Year, where no one really knows what day it is - I certainly don't, but I do know it's nearly time for another mince pie (while they last!) I love any opportunity to speak with fellow
Disney Vacation Club Members about all things DVC! It looks like you have a visit to Walt Disney World in March, and my favourite kind of visit, a
land and sea vacation!
As an associate DVC member, you should be able to view all reservations connected to your Disney Vacation Club membership by heading to the
DVC website, logging in, and viewing your dashboard. Another way around this, to avoid the website, is to ask your daughter for the reservation number and then link it to your
My Disney Experience app. You’ll then see the details of your stay right in the app, and you can even use this to check in and open your Disney Resort hotel door!
While you are at Walt Disney World, I definitely recommend taking the time to head to a member update. You can book yourself into one of these short presentations by speaking to the DVC Guide at your resort. There is usually some super cool DVC swag available for members who attend, and on my recent trip, we received a small bag featuring Mickey and pals. Of course, gifts are subject to change and availability.
I hope this helps to answer your question today, Sandra! If you have any more questions about your membership or vacation planning, please
reach out to me. I’d love to help!
Happy New Year!
Matt
