Hi Stacey,
Welcome to planDisney!
Hooray to you for stepping in to lead the planning for your group! First things first, make sure that you are connected to each person's actual
My Disney Experience account and not a managed profile that may have been created for them. Double-check to be sure that your invitation to connect went to the email associated with each person's My Disney Experience account. Also go the My Family & Friends List to check to make sure that everyone has selected the option to Share All Plans.
If you double-check and all seems to be in order but they still cannot see their tickets, I suggest that you
contact a Cast Member in Website Support. They have been able to help me troubleshoot several issues with My Disney Experience in the past. Be advised that you may need your friends and family to also be on the call with you so that they can give the Cast Member access to their My Disney Experience account.
As you continue to plan, I trust that you intend to make
advanced dining reservations. Check your
advanced dining reservation window and start making those reservations on the day that reservation window opens. Also make sure that everyone has
Disney Park Pass system reservations and keep an eye out for additional details about
Disney Genie service.
Stacey, on our last few visits, we have loved using
Mobile Dine Check-in to check-in for our dining reservations and
Online Check-in to check-in to our resort hotel room. When we use Online Check-in, once we receive the text message notification that our room is ready, we go directly to our room and use our MagicBands or the
My Disney Experience Mobile App to unlock the door.
Happy Planning!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
