Hi, I assigned all the tickets on my Disney experience but I forgot to keep track on the physical ticket whose was whose, is there anyway to look up the ticket number on the app once the ticket has been assigned?

It's great to see you here today at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Victoria!

There's no need to worry if you assigned all of your Theme Park tickets to your family members without keeping track of which ticket belongs to which person. My Disney Experience keeps track of this information so that you don't have to! In your My Disney Experience account, you can see which tickets have been assigned to you by clicking on "My MagicBands and Cards" in the dropdown menu on the Walt Disney World Resort page. I find this much easier to do using a computer, but it's also possible to find the same information through the My Disney Experience app. You will be able to see which MagicBands have been assigned to you, and if you scroll down you're also able to see your tickets as well as their corresponding numbers. Just match up the numbers to the physical tickets in each person's account and you'll be sorted out in no time! If you run into any issues or need some help, you can call the Guest Services line for existing tickets at (407) 566-4985 and they can straighten it all out for you. Here's a tip: I always use a permanent marker to write each person's name on their ticket card in case we need to use it for any reason. That way we always know whose is whose without having to look it up in the app!

    Have a magical day, Victoria!
