Bright suns Nancy, and welcome to planDisney! We're so glad you've brought your question to us, and I'm happy to help.
Sorry to hear that you and your young Padawan won't be journeying to
a galaxy far, far away this time around, but I can show you how to make a quick shift in the flight plans.
You are permitted to
reassign completely unused tickets to someone in your Family & Friends list in
My Disney Experience, so first
be sure that you and your neighbors are connected here. You'll want to find out from your neighbor which members of the flight crew will be traveling, so the tickets are reassigned to the correct Guests. Should your neighbor's plans change, the tickets can be reassigned again to anyone in his or her Family & Friends list.
Once you and your neighbor's family are connected, visit the My Plans section of My Disney Experience, and then select the Tickets & Memory Maker tab. Locate the ticket you wish to reassign and select the “Reassign Ticket” option to the right of the ticket. Finally, match the ticket with the Guest who will be using it.
This is the way. Nancy, I hope this has helped you navigate your changing travel course. When you are ready to plan your next adventure, please come see us again for any inquiries. As a resident of the Sunshine State, be on the lookout for
special offers and
exciting seasonal events happening in the Most Magical Place on Earth. Have your starship ready to go in case anything comes up that is just too good to miss!
May the Force be with you,
Betsy
