Hello again, Sharon! I'm happy you thought to ask us your questions at planDisney. I hope you find us to be a helpful resource.
The second seating for the
rotational dining schedule is a great option for many guests. You'll have a more relaxed afternoon between any afternoon adventures and dinnertime. You'll also get a chance to take advantage of the perfect excuse for an afternoon snack between lunch and dinner! I recommend soft-serve ice cream, some fruit, a chicken tender or slice of pizza from near the pool deck, or even a cheese and cracker plate sent to your room via room service. The snacking options are quite plentiful.
The
second seating for dinner is typically scheduled between 8:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. The exact time will be listed in the My Plans section of the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app once you step aboard your ship. With this later dinner, you will be available to attend the earlier evening performance when live stage productions are offered during your itinerary. The live stage productions are entertaining with wonderful visual effects and excellent performers. I recommend arriving at the Walt Disney Theatre about 15-20 minutes prior to showtime. If you prefer to watch the show from your room while getting ready for dinner, previously recorded versions of the stage productions are typically available to view from the television in your stateroom.
I hope you have a delightful voyage with delicious meals and wonderful memories made around the table. Thanks again for stopping by!
