    i have assigned the same person to 3 tickets. how do i fix

    Greetings, Kristi! 

    Welcome to planDisney! Your trip into magic and holiday festivities is just around the corner! I’m sure you are counting the moments until you’re strolling through The Most Magical Place on Earth! 

    To reassign a theme park ticket, simply log in to the Walt Disney World Resort website, select “My Disney Experience” on the righthand side of your screen, toggle down to “My Plans”, scroll down until you see the “Tickets & Memory Maker” tab and click on it! Once you’re on the “Tickets & Memory Maker” page, you should be able to see a “Reassign Ticket” tab next to the Guests to which the tickets are assigned. You should be able to make the change right there on the website! 

    If you find that the “Reassign Ticket” tab is not there or not working, simply call the Help Center and a friendly Cast Member will be able to help you sort out your ticket situation! 

    Don’t forget to enjoy Taste of EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival while you’re visiting! You won’t want to miss the Brazilian Cheese Bread (one of my favorite Festival snacks) located at the Brazil Marketplace!
