I assigned a Disneyland ticket to somebody, but he can't join. How can I cancel the reservation?

Hey there, Patrick. Thank you for visiting us at planDisney. Oh, bother. I'm very sorry to hear that this person is no longer able to join you. However, I am happy to help with your question.

I hope that your plans align in the near future and you're able to reschedule your magical visit to the Disneyland Resort. In the meantime, you can cancel the current reservation by taking the following steps. Visit the Disneyland site and log in to your Disney account. Once logged in, navigate to "Ticket and Reservation Details" under the heading "My Disneyland" near the top right corner. From this page, click the button to "Make Park Reservations" and all of your theme park reservations (including those for linked tickets) will appear. Find the appropriate park reservation and  click the link to "Cancel Reservation." You will receive an email confirmation that the theme park reservation has been canceled.

I hope that you both will be able to enjoy Disneyland together soon. There are so many fun and exciting happening at the resort like the Disney100 Celebration. In addition to all of the seasonal food offerings, I really enjoyed the two new nighttime spectaculars. Wondrous Journeys was my favorite at Disneyland Park. The sight of Baymax flying over Sleeping Beauty Castle was an unforgettable moment!

Patrick, I hope this has been helpful. If you have other questions, please come back and ask us at planDisney - we love to help.

    Wishing you a magical day,
