    I have assigned my annual pass to MDE. Not planning on activating it until 12/25/20. Will be in the area for 2 days in March. I want to purchase a 1 day ticket for HS. Can I add it to MDE to make FP and admission without accidentally starting my AP?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! 

    I'm thrilled to answer your question because I asked it myself before buying my first Annual Pass. I had a few visits scheduled, and I wanted to make sure that I could use my Annual Pass after them, so I called the Walt Disney World Resort and found the answer for both of us! 

    You don't have to worry about activating your Annual Pass before you use the other Theme Park tickets on your account. To start using your Annual Pass, you will have to activate it intentionally at a Walt Disney World Resort Theme Park ticket window or the Disney Springs Guest Relations. Until you do that, it will not be considered an active ticket. 

    I hope that you have a lot of fun at the Walt Disney World Resort, Kimberly! There a few Disney After Hours scheduled for March, and they're fantastic experiences for a quick trip. I'm attending my second Disney After Hours in May and I'm already counting the days!
