Laurie, for the most part, you are able to reassign your unused
Walt Disney World Theme Park tickets. However, if the ticket is partially used it cannot be moved from one person to another. To reassign a ticket to someone else, they must be linked to you via your My Friends & Family list on your
MyDisneyExperience account.
Here's how to reassign your Walt Disney World Theme Park tickets:
- Login to your MyDisneyExperience account
- Find the Tickets and Passes option
- Scroll through your tickets until you see the one that you would like to reassign
- If it is eligible for reassignment, you'll see the option to "Reassign Ticket" and you'll want to select that
- This will pull up a menu of all of the people that you are linked to via your Friends & Family list. You'll want to select the person you wish to reassign the ticket to
- If all goes well, you'll see a confirmation of the reassignment and you are good to go
If there are any issues when reassigning your Walt Disney World Theme Park tickets, you can call the
MyDisneyExperience helpline at (407) 939-4357 and they will be able to assist you. Phone lines open up around 7:00 a.m. Mickey Mouse's time and I've found the earlier you call, the less time you'll have to wait on hold. It's pretty easy to do, especially if you are using the MyDisneyExperience app so I don't think you should have any problems.
