It sounds like you’re gearing up for a very Jolly Holiday at The Happiest Place on Earth during the
merriest time of year!
What a treat! Disneyland is truly magical, especially during the holidays, with festive decorations and enchanting experiences around every corner.
According to the
terms and conditions on theme park tickets, names aren’t officially assigned until each guest scans in at the turnstiles when entering the park. When you arrive at the gate, a friendly Cast Member will take your photo and assign the ticket to you for use throughout your visit. This way, the ticket will be linked to your visit seamlessly.
But Sheila, if you would still like to reassign the ticket to another guest before your arrival, it’s always a good idea to reach out to the friendly Cast Members on the
Tickets hotline for Guest Services or use the Chat feature in the
Disneyland Mobile App (just scroll down to the "Chat with Us" box in the app). Having the Ticket ID handy will make the process smoother, and you should be able to make the change with their help.
