    How do I assign a character icon to my daughters name in the "my Disney experience"? Everyone in our party has one assigned to our names but she does not and I can't seem to find the right menu to remedy the problem

    Hi Jeffrey,

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! My daughter is addicted to changing character icons on My Disney Experience. Her current character icon is Snow White.

    The easiest way do this is by using the My Disney Experience mobile app. Log in to your account and immediately above your character icon select the three white horizontal lines to access the menu, which will be displayed as a list on a dark blue tab that will pop up to the left side of your screen. Once you do that, scroll down until you find My Profile, then go ahead and select My Account. You will then be able to access you Family & Friends List. Select a family member from you list, and you will see that Guest Details will appear. Finally, select Change Character, and you will be able to have fun by letting your little girl pick her favorite.

    Remember that this can also be done by visiting My Disney Experience online. Always make sure you go to My Profile, select My Account, and finally access your Friends & Family List.
