Hi Lindsay,
We are so happy to have you stop by and ask your questions here at planDisney where we absolutely love helping others plan their Magical vacations. After all, planning your
Walt Disney Resort and
Disney Cruise Line vacation is only second to being on vacation!
Lindsay, I think you have a brilliant idea of combining your son's love for Chip 'n' Dale with viewing Magic Kingdom fireworks at the same time.
Chip 'n' Dale's Campfire Sing-A-Long is a fun way to spend the evening and get your hokey pokey on! You are welcome to bring your own supplies or you can purchase s'mores kits at
The Chuck Wagon nearby.
When it is close to time for the evening fireworks, your family should head to the marina area of
Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort to enjoy the show from the shore. Another great entertainment option for you is to watch the
Electrical Water Pageant from the shore as well! I do want to point out that from the shore at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort, you will have a partially obstructed view of the fireworks show, but it is a very Magical experience! Another way to view the fireworks is to get on the
water taxi to Magic Kingdom just before the fireworks are expected to begin. Then sit back and enjoy the show all the way over! You can remain seated after it has docked and then you can ride back over to Fort Wilderness. This is kind of like having your own DIY fireworks cruise. Some of my favorite life moments have been watching
Disney's nighttime entertainment and I hope your family enjoys it as much as mine.
Have a Magical vacation! As you continue with your vacation plans, please come back and visit us here at planDisney. We are always excited to help you plan your next Magical adventure.
See Ya Real Soon,
Brenda
