Hi Emmanuel! Welcome to planDisney.
How nice to have a Disney buddy willing to help a friend out. That's exactly what we strive to do at planDisney! We are guests helping other guests with suggestions, tips, and tricks to all your Disney vacation questions. So, you've got a friend in me too.
I am assuming your friend will not receive her physical tickets until two weeks before her scheduled
Walt Disney World Resort vacation. Her travel agent should have no issues in giving her a ticket ID number or a confirmation number for her vacation package. These are needed to make those very important
Disney Park Pass Reservations necessary to visit the theme parks. I highly advise her to contact her travel agent sooner than later to avoid disappointment.
Once she has this important information, have her open the
My Disney Experience Mobile App and click on the three horizontal lines in the bottom right-hand corner. Select "Tickets and Passes," hit the "+" sign in the top right-hand corner, followed by "Link Tickets & Passes." Follow the prompts to enter either the ID Code or scan her bar code. Once this is complete, I suggest she next secures her Disney Park Pass Reservations, which is easily completed by selecting the "+" sign from the bottom center and selecting "Make or Modify Park Reservations." And let's not forget the all-important
Advance Dining Reservations.
I hope I have interpreted your question correctly. Your friend needs to have a conversation with her travel agent to verify all systems are a go for her Magical Holiday. A good travel agent is your advocate and best buddy for all your Walt Disney World Resort vacation needs.
Keeping it Magical,
Cindy
