    I asked on the 25th why I am not getting notifications and updates. Was told how to do it, but it shows my preferences for it are on. I’m still not getting anything. Help

    Welcome back to planDisney, Brooke. I see that my panelist friend, Jane, gave you some technical advice on how to get those notifications all squared away. I’m sorry that the steps she suggested didn’t resolve your problem. I will tell you, though, that her proposed solutions were spot on. Sometimes it seems like Stitch is pulling wires and chewing cords behind the scenes. In those cases, the best thing we can recommend is reaching out to Website Support at the Walt Disney World Resort by phone. A live conversation may be required to address unique situations and this sounds like one of those.
