    I asked for a refund on my disneyland tickets on November 2, 2020 and I have not received the refund yet. Now I can not even access the tickets on my phone app. Please help.

    Welcome to planDisney! Thanks so much for your question! 

    Don't be alarmed if your tickets disappeared from your Disneyland App. The tickets were most likely removed because they reached their original expiration date. You should see the tickets reappear on your account once the Disneyland Resort theme parks announce a reopening date. And, if they do not automatically show up, simply add them back to your account using the number on your eTicket confirmation email.
