i asked you a question about tickets am the one with 5 kids and 2 adults. you told me purchase one full ticket ( such as an adult 5-day ticket ) as opposed to buying one day tickets for all of us (multiple times). how does that work thank you

    Hi Summer,

Thanks so much for your follow-up question - I appreciate the opportunity to clarify this for you!

I should have been more specific, but it basically comes down to a little math.  When purchasing park tickets for the Walt Disney World theme parks, the more days you plan on visiting the less expensive it is on a per-day basis.

For example, if you were planning on visiting the parks for five days here are two scenarios:

You purchase one (1) adult Magic Your Way one-day base ticket you can expect to pay about $79+ tax for the day.  If you purchased five of them over time to cover your five-day visit  you will spend $395 for that one adult.

However, If you purchase (1) adult Magic Your Way five-day base ticket you can expect to pay about $46+ tax for each day.  The total ticket is $228+ tax, then divide that by five days to get the $46 per-day rate.  So as you can see it is much less expensive to purchase a multi-day ticket.

The same math would carry over to the additional adult and child tickets - my point was that if you were going to purchase a couple tickets at a time - don't purchase one "day" worth of tickets for all seven of you,  rather buy the multi-day tickets for 1 or 2 of you at a time until all seven of you have your tickets.  It will save you a lot of money in the long run!

    I hope this helps!
