I asked a question recently about the Mr. Potato Head fill a box souvenir disappearing and was told that it would still be there, but I keep hearing that CMs are telling people that it is gone for good. Is this souvenir no longer there?

    Welcome Back Ashleigh ~

When you first came to us, Once Upon A Toy still had the area where you could fill a box with Mr. Potato Head pieces and accessories. But like I said Once Upon A Toy is undergoing some major changes so things could change before your next visit. I saw that you came back for an update which is awesome - we love that because Disney always keeps us on our toes as they continue to move forward with new and exciting things. I knew that our own Disney Parks Moms Panelists Kay is at the Walt Disney World Resort right now. I asked her to go by Once Upon A Toy to see if the Mr. Potato Head boxes are still available. She gladly went over so that we could get the latest information for you.

It appears that in the past few weeks, they did in fact take away the station where you can fill a box with Mr. Potato Head parts. Guests can still purchase a Mr. Potato Head in a box at Once Upon A Toy but that is all they are currently offering. Kay was awesome to also ask if it had been moved to a new location anywhere at the Walt Disney World Resort or if they plan to bring it back after all of the renovations at Once Upon A Toy are complete. The Cast Member that she spoke with said that as of right now, there is no definite answer to either of those questions.

Perhaps once they open Toy Story Land at Disney's Hollywood Studios in the Summer of 2018, we will see some great new Toy Story souvenEARs there and some old favorites, including Mr. Potato Head, return.

Please feel free to visit us again with all of your planning questions. We are hEAR for you!

Wishing you minnie magical memories :-) Allison V.
