Hi, I asked the question if knee scooters are allowed in Disneyland. The answer I received said yes, knee walkers are allowed. I want to know if my scooter is allowed as I'm healing from a broken foot and we will be attending the park next week.

Hi Denise! Welcome to planDisney! I'm glad you found us to ask your question about visiting the Disneyland Resort!

I hope you're getting excited about your vacation at The Happiest Place on Earth! It's almost time to have some fun with Mickey and his pals! I checked the Disneyland Resort Rules to answer your question about using a knee scooter. According to the park rules, wheeled mobility devices with less than three wheels or devices that cannot maintain stability and balance when stopped, unpowered, or unoccupied are not allowed. Training wheels or modifications are not permitted, and devices must be manually or electrically powered and operated at a walking pace. Additionally, mobility devices should be only for a single rider and cannot exceed 36" in width and 52" in length.

You can choose to rent an ECV or wheelchair if this makes things easier for you. The rental location can be found just east of the Disneyland Park Main Entrance. Rentals are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you're staying at a Disneyland Resort Hotel, ScooterBug provides deliveries of mobility rentals.

Denise, I'm wishing you a magical vacation at The Happiest Place on Earth. I hope it's filled with fun, yummy treats, and special memories! Please stop by planDisney when you're planning to visit again. We would love to help!

    See ya real soon!
    Smiles,
    Lisa
