    I asked a question on 7/30/12. Kay from IN was kind enough to reply but I don't think I was specific enough.....has anyone seen the "Little Mermaid Courtyard" at Art of Animation or any other part of new resort? Are any of the rooms within the courtyards?

    Hi Simone! I will try to be more specific about the Art of Animation Little Mermaid rooms. This part of the resort will not open until 9/15 so no one has been able to really visit and of course cannot stay in this section as of yet.

    There will be three buildings comprising this section, buildings 7,8, and 9. They will be the furthest buildings in this entire resort from the central Animation Hall so your walk to food courts and buses will take a bit extra time. Building 7 and 9 are the closest buildings and face each other with the Flippin Fins Pool and courtyard separating them. Building 8 faces the courtyard at the end so the buildings all make a sort of a U shape.  Each building is a T shape so some rooms will face the pool and courtyard while others might look out onto a parking area and still others in building 7 will look out on the lake. Parking is close for those in building 8 and 9 while for those in building 7 you have a walk to your car.

    Room numbers for each building are as follows:
    7501-7872
    8501-8872
    9501-9872

    Buildings 4 and 5 in the Finding Nemo area will have rooms that will look out directly to the main pool area. Building 2 in the Cars area will have one side of rooms over looking the pool there and some rooms in the other two buildings 3 and 1.

    This is a very fun new resort with lots of new technology and of course great animation and decor everywhere you look. Hope this answers more of your questions about the specifics of the resort.
