    asked ? about my mom&daughter in just because! my mom(kidney)&12yr old(brain tumour) r in remission from cancer!curious how hard it ll be for me!we r from Sk,canada&I have RA&Fibro!i know it ll be worth my pain 4 the memories! aug21-sept3 1

    Hi again Shandy,

     

    Since you have Rheumatoid Arthritis and Fibromyalgia, you know that flare ups are common.  I would talk with your doctor and have a strategy if your pain increases.  You will be doing a lot of walking on a daily basis- at least 4-6 miles a day so I would encourage you to take it slow.  You can make Advanced Dining Reservation at any of the Table Service Restaurants to ensure a break for everyone.  It always amazes me just how tired you can get from all the walking and being outside in the warm weather.  The temperatures will still be quite warm with highs in the 90s.  As you know, staying hydrated is so important, but it is hard to remember to drink often especially when you are having lots of fun!  We usually will refill water bottles throughout the day and have mandatory drink stops for all.  I am so excited for you and your family, Shandy!  I know you will have the best vacation!
