I've asked lots of ?s received great answers, but this is of the utmost importance!! If we bring a stroller (or 2) for our boys7&5, but they don't need them in parks until late day, is there a place to safely store/lock them up? Like in lockers?

Hi Erin - although you can rent lockers at the Walt Disney World parks, they aren't really large enough to accommodate a stroller.  While visiting an attraction, you'll find stroller parking where you can leave the stroller, but they can't be locked, so you are really leaving it at your own risk.

You have a few options - you can bring the stroller around with you all day, you can choose to rent a stroller (which you can retrieve when you feel that you need it), you can park your stroller at your own risk, or you can leave it at your resort/in your car (depending on where you are staying).

I hope that helps!  Have a great vacation!
