How do I ask for a pack play for my 2 year baby

    Hi Milagros!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. I assume you are staying at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel? If so, simply make your request ahead of time by calling (407) 939-5277 or by asking a Cast Member when you check in. They will do whatever they can to assist you with this. Keep in mind that supply is limited. But to ease your mind, I can tell you that have requested a complimentary crib (Pack-N-Play) oodles of times at Disney Resort Hotels and never ever had a problem. They have always been able to accommodate me.

Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to help with your planning.

    Have a fantastic day!
