    can you ask for a cup of ice water at places that sell fountain drinks instead of buying a bottled water?

    Hi Jerry, I do this all the time at the Quick Service locations both in the Resorts, Downtown Disney and the Parks and yes! you can do this. There is no charge either for you to get a cup of ice water in any of these locations.....enjoy! Best wishes, Brigitta
