We ask for connecting rooms when we made our reservations, how likely will we be able to get them?

    Hi John!

Many guests travel with a larger group of family and friends and need more then one room. Disney offers many great Resort options. Guests who need more then one room and wish to have them connecting need to request this and have it on their reservation. You can do this by calling central reservation and have the cast member add it to your profile. About a week before your arrival also FAX the resort with your request.

Disney resorts do everything they can to honor guest's requests but please understand it is a huge puzzle when assigning rooms. Reservations change daily which is one of the main reasons why guests cannot have things delivered to their rooms until they actually check-in.

After you have made your requests on your reservation and by FAX work with the front desk when you check-in. Don't have your heart set on a specific view or area of the resort and don't demand to have a room early. Disney wants to make magic and will do all they can. They just can't make the guarantee because of all the things involved.
