    Is there any way to ask in advance to be in special location in the hotel? I m travelling in 2 weeks. Thanks! PS: I contracted through a travel agent in my country not directly with WDW. Tks

    Hi Carolina!

    Absolutely!  You can ask your travel agent to put in a room request for you.  Some guests suggest a certain building and sometimes even a specific room number, but I suggest being more general.  For example, if being close to the lobby is important say so; if being close to a bus stop is more important say that.  The more information you provide Disney, the better chance you will get what you want.  In the end, just remember that it is a request.

    You can also call the hotel directly about one or two days before check-in and repeat the request; don't call before then, however, as they won't have your information until about that time.  Also when you actually check-in, you can make the request again.
