Aside from the beach, lunch and price, what's the difference between the Discover Atlantis and Atlantis Beach Day excursions? Do you get to see more of the aquarium with one or the other? The aquarium is the part we care about. Thanks!

Hi, Camillia! You are smart to start planning a Port Adventure in Nassau, and one of my favorite places to visit is the Atlantis Resort on Paradise Island! The difference between the Discover Atlantis and the Atlantis Beach Day shore excursions (besides what you mentioned) is that there is a guided tour with the Discover Atlantis tour, and it's a "dry" experience -- no swimsuits necessary.

You have equal access to The Dig -- which is the aquarium at the Atlantis. However, much more is explained to you and you are shown other areas which you might not discover on your own. The Atlantis Beach Day gives you access to the resort with a nice safe place to enjoy the beautiful Bahamian beaches and water as a family.

I hope that clears things up for you and helps you make an informed decision. Have a wonderful day and a magical vacation. Bon voyage!
