    Ashley, Have you or your family every used the military discounts that are displayed on the site? I think I'm getting closer to be able to actually book and I would like to use the resources if possible. I'm trying to figure out on who to call.

    Hi Seraphia!

    Thanks for coming back to see us again!  I'm so excited that you're getting closer to the point of booking.  I'm sure you're anxious to book and celebrate your honeymoon.

    I have used both the resort discounts and promotional tickets available for military families several times.  In order to book the resort discounts, you'll need to call Walt Disney World directly at 407-939-7830.  Let the Cast Member know you're looking to book using the Armed Forces Salute discount.

    You have a couple of options when it comes to purchasing the discounted tickets.  Your local MWR/ITT office may have the tickets available for purchase (not all do and they can sell out of their stock).  You can also purchase them at the Shades of Green Resort located on Walt Disney World property.  It's directly across the street from Disney's Polynesian Resort.  Both of those options will save you from paying sales tax.

    Alternatively, you can purchase the tickets at any ticketing window at the Theme Parks or Water Parks.  You will have to pay sales tax at these locations.

    We typically purchase our tickets at the Guest Relations location in Downtown Disney.  We tend to visit Downtown Disney on our arrival night and just stop by Guest Relations to grab the tickets.  This way we can go right into the parks the next morning without having to worry about waiting in line for the tickets.
