Hi Kenzie,
Thank you for stopping by planDisney with your great question about
Disability Access Service (DAS). I see your vacation is just a few short days away, so let's get you set up and ready to go so you can enjoy
Walt Disney World's 50th Anniversary Celebration!
As you may know, DAS is intended for Guests who are unable to wait in traditional standby queues due to a disability. Although it doesn't allow immediate access to an attraction, it does allow Guests to request a return time that is comparable to the current standby wait time. This minimizes the need to wait in the standby queue and enhances the Guest experience. In order to access DAS, you will need to meet with a Cast Member and register.
You may register in two ways: On-site at Guest Relations or Pre-Arrival via live video chat. A close friend of mine recently registered via the video chat and she highly recommends that method as it can all be done prior to leaving for vacation. One important thing to note is that you can
pre-register for a live video chat from 2-30 days before your arrival. If it is less than 2 days before your arrival then you will need to visit Guest Relations and register in person. So if registering before vacation is important to you, be sure to set it up as soon as you are able. Here is a link to

Have a Magical vacation Kenzie and please let us know if you have any further vacation planning questions, we are always happy to help you plan your next Magical adventure!
See Ya Real Soon,
