Are the Art Classes at Art of Animation resort only for guests staying at AoA or can anyone come over? We are staying at the Pop Century in October and thought my kiddos would enjoy it since it is just over the bridge. Thanks!! Ann

Thank you for returning to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Ann and Martha! Disney’s Art of Animation is a truly enchanting Resort full of character and plenty of artistic touches. The drawing classes are a fun opportunity that brought the magic over from Disney’s Hollywood Studios when the Animation area closed.

All of the Resort activities at Disney’s Art of Animation are open to Resort guests from other hotels, including the lawn games, scavenger hunts, movies under the stars, and surrey bike rentals. The only thing you won’t be able to do is enter the pool areas, which are gated and coded via MagicBand for guests of this particular Resort. Drawing Classes typically occur daily, with a new session starting every 30 minutes from 9a to 4pm. This schedule is not posted online and any times may changes without notice, so you may want to walk across the bridge during your initial day at Walt Disney World from Disney’s Pop Century Resort to check it out. Your concierge at your host hotel may also have a current schedule available for you from the sister Resort.

If I can help you find more Ink & Paint activities for your family during your magical vacation, please let me know. It’s a colorful world out there! ~ Lindsey P.
