Hello! Is there a way to get from Art of Animation to the front entrance of EPCOT (for monorail) without needing admission to EPCOT first to walk through to the monorail station? We are planning to come to Disney World next December! Thank you!

    Hi Dana!

    Welcome to planDisney!

I'm very happy to see that you are visiting The Most Magical Place on Earth next year - it is never too early to start planning your trip!

Disney's Art of Animation Resort is served by two options of Disney Resort Transport.  As you know, the Disney Skyliner can take you to Disney's Hollywood Studios and to EPCOT (International Gateway Entrance).  If you need to access the monorail from EPCOT you will require park admission to walk through the park as the monorail station is at the main entrance of the park.  Your other transport option is a Disney Bus, which will take you to the main entrance of EPCOT for easy access to the monorail.  Buses start running approximately 45 minutes prior to park opening, and you can see park opening hours here.  Buses are operating from your Disney Resort hotel to all four theme parks and Disney Springs.

We may need a little more considered and careful planning during this evolving situation, but our vacations to Walt Disney World Resort can still be a magical experience.  Please read this information about Returning to a World of Magic, and keep your eye on the Disney Parks Blog for all the latest official updates as they are announced.

Please come back and ask as many questions as you like!  We are always happy to help you plan your vacation.
