Hey Jeff, welcome to planDisney! I'm so excited to have you here. Let's chat about some of my favorite
Disney Resorts Collection hotels. I absolutely love the new modern and practical rooms at
Disney's All-Star Music Resort and the fun, whimsical vibe at
Disney's Art of Animation Resort. My kids go crazy for all the larger-than-life figures there! And let's not forget the convenience of the
Disney Skyliner being just a hop away – it's the cherry on top for sure.
I've got some fantastic news for you, Jeff. If available and your reservation allows it, you can modify your package. How cool is that? If you booked directly with Disney World, you can even do it online through your
My Disney Experience account. Just remember, there are specific timeframes for making these changes. Vacation packages, including theme park tickets and a Disney Resorts Collection hotel stay, have
a super flexible cancellation policy. You can get a full refund if you cancel 30 days or more before your arrival (minus any non-refundable travel fees). If you cancel 2 to 29 days prior to your trip, you'll get a refund minus the $200 deposit (and any non-refundable travel fees). Keep in mind that if you cancel or modify one day or less before your check-in date, the trip will be non-refundable.
If you're on the lookout for some great deals, make sure to check out the
Special Offers page. I personally love to keep an eye on it, and if I spot something fantastic, I can quickly tweak my reservations. Another option is to reach out to a Cast Member via phone or online chat and ask about room availability. While you can always check availability online, I really appreciate the expertise and top-notch service provided by Cast Members when I get in touch.
I hope this info makes your planning easier, Jeff. If you have any other questions, whether it's before, during, or even after your magical vacation,
just give us a shout. We're always here and more than happy to help awesome friends like you.
Cheers
Nilson
