We are arriving with our 11 and 12 year old at Wilderness Lodge around 10am on Friday, August 7, 2009. After a little pool time and lunch would it be worth it to try going to Epcot or MK or would Blizzard Beach be our least crowded option?

During the hot summer months the water parks tend to get very busy and sometimes admission is cut off when the park reaches its limit.  I would suggest one of the four theme parks as your best option and perhaps the Magic Kingdom since it is the closest park to the Wilderness Lodge resort. You can enjoy as much time as you wish by the pool and then catch the water ferry to the park.  You can walk around and enjoy the sights and do any rides or attractions that you wish to do on that day.  Even if you only walk around the park and acclimate yourself to where everything is, this would be a nice relaxing way to start your vacation!
