We are arriving with our 3.5 year old on Wednesday. We would like to take her to a park that day. We get in at noon. We are taking the magical express. What park would you chose to go to from 2pm on?

    Hi Lauren!

Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Walt Disney World with preschoolers is so much fun! If you haven't already, be sure to check out this handy guide to planning for your preschooler.

My park recommendation for your trip would possibly depend on where you're staying. If you are staying at one of the Walt Disney World Resorts within walking distance to a theme park, I would probably choose the park or one of the parks you can walk to. There is something very magical about strolling over to a park from your new "home" on your first day of vacation. If you're staying at a resort on the monorail, I would suggest taking the monorail to Magic Kingdom Park. The monorail is an iconic and fun ride, and you cannot help but getting excited when Cinderella Castle comes into view!

If you're not staying at one of these resorts, I would probably choose to go to Disney's Hollywood Studios for that first evening. Of the four theme parks, I feel like it has the least amount of attractions and offerings for preschoolers and you may be able to fit most of what you want to do in that one visit. Also, the new Toy Story Land is amazing and definitely (in my opinion) best viewed at night with all of the colorful lights!

I hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any other questions and have a magical vacation!!
