Arriving in 2 wks with DH, DS2. Have ressies Saturday for Fireworks Dessert Party at 9:10. Just found Backyard BBQ 4 same night @ 6:30. Is this too much for one night? DS2 is active & won't sit long for meals or waiting for fireworks

    Hi Theresa!

You're Walt Disney World vacation is coming up so fast!  For an active little one, Mickey's Backyard BBQ is a perfect dining experience.  The main draw of the dinner is to get up and dance!  Grab some yummy grub and then send him out to the dance floor.  Maybe all of the dancing will absorb his energy so he's a little restful for the next adventure...the Tomorrowland Terrace Fireworks Dessert Party!  This is also a great place to take an active little one to watch the Fireworks because there is room for him to run around a little while waiting for the show to begin.  I'm not sure he'd make it if you were out on the street, shoulder to shoulder with other guests.

Is it too much in one night?  I don't think so.  I would plan it for my children.

    Have a magical day!
