I will be arriving at wdw on 8/15 thru 8/19 4 adults and 3 children age range 12,7, and 1. The weather forcast shows rain for the week. Are there lots of indoor attractions? we do not want to spend the week at the hotel.we have purchased theme park tickets

    Hi Delphine!

If you spend any amount of time in Florida in the summer, you know to expect rain each and every day--that's how everything stays so lush and green there!

Most of the attractions are indoors, but you will need to walk from attraction to attraction outdoors to get to them.  I'd suggest taking rain ponchos with you and packing them every day.  You can usually expect a rain shower midday, that ends quickly.  So, pull out those ponchos and keep going.

You'll find that the parks do empty out somewhat when there's a storm, but for us (for the most part), it's prime park touring time.  For us, a rainy day at Disney is better than a sunny day anywhere else

    Have a magical vacation!
