Arriving at WDW on Nov 8th-15th.Wondering how to get to Downtown Disney from MK and the quickest way to get back to MK.Have a RS at PH for husband's Bday and returning for MVMCP.Also wondering how to get to Boardwalk and Grand Floridian from Movie Resort.

    Hi Lisa,

The easiest way to get from the Magic Kingdom to Downtown Disney is to take a short walk or Monorail to the Contemporary Resort and then take the bus to Downtown Disney.  Planet Hollywood is on the West Side so you will need to get off at that stop versus the Marketplace stop.  To return, you would just take the bus to the Contemporary Resort and walk back to the Magic Kingdom.  The walk is only about 10 minutes. you will just love Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, Lisa!  It is such a treat to walk down Main Street U.S.A. and see it snowing!  Be sure you see the Once Upon a Christmastime Parade and the fireworks.

From the All-Star Movies Resort, the best way to get to the Grand Floridian Resort is to take the bus to the Magic Kingdom and then get on the Monorail.  If you want to go to end up at the Boardwalk resort, you can take the bus to Hollywood Studios and then walk or take the boat to the boardwalk.  It will take about 15-20 minutes to walk to the Boardwalk.  Have a magical vacation, Lisa!  Wish your husband a Happy Birthday from us!
