We are arriving WDW May 1 flying Southwest. Booked through AAA & were told could use the ME to get to CBR hotel & ME would bring luggage to our room. When departing return home what is the procedure for Southwest and ME at Orlando aiport?

Hi Christine - What you were told is correct.  Before you leave on vacation, you will receive Magical Express vouchers and luggage tags.  Put the tags on your checked baggage, and you can bypass baggage claim and take the Magical Express.  Your bags will be brought to your room.  Keep in mind that it may take a few hours for your bags to reach you, so make sure essentials are in your carry-on luggage.

The day before you depart Walt Disney World, you'll receive a letter from the Magical Express with your departure time.  There's a airline check-in desk at your resort, but at this time, Southwest isn't a participating airline.  Therefore, you'll have to take your luggage with you on the Magical Express (it can be stowed under the coach).

    Have a great vacation!
