Arriving @ WDW on March 22, 2013,8 days 7 nights! 4 Adults and 4 kids. Which parks should we do on which days? I planned for at least 3 days at MK. Any suggestions?

    Hi Helena!
I think you have the right idea in planning at least 3 of your days for full Magic Kingdom exploration and enjoyment! My family typically begins and ends our vacation at Magic Kingdom, so it's always a two day minimum.
You don't mention the ages of the children, or if they are boys/girls, but either way, I would suggest at least a day or two at Disney's Hollywood Studios, and then a day each at EPCOT and Animal Kingdom. I intentionally left one day out as kind of a Wild Card day. That way, you can plan a slow, relaxing pool day in the middle of the week to recharge everyone's battery, or you can simply head back to the group's favorite park from previous days.
As for which parks to do when, I personally avoid Extra Magic Hour mornings, no matter where they are. The increased crowds attending typically negate any additional hours you may have in the parks. However evening Extra Magic Hours are a different story as those crowds tend to be a bit more spread out since everyone's not trying to show up for park opening.
I recommend checking out the Parks Times Guide once you check in to get a picture of which parks are open early/late, and which have Extra Magic Hours in the AM and PM, and then begin to piece together the schedule above.
I hope this helps and I wish you all a Magical vacation!! :)
