We are arriving at WDW on 9/12 and would love to checkin online, but we are traveling with two other parties and we want to make sure our 3 rooms are together or adjoining. Should we all checkin online or is it better to wait until we arrive?

Hi Kelly!  Wow...your vacation is next week!  You must be super excited!  If you haven't already, I would suggest you all make notes on your reservations that you are traveling together.  The notes will stay with the reservation.  Then, I would go ahead and check-in online, because I do believe this will save you time once you arrive at your resort.  Once all this is done, I would suggest you call the resort and explain  your situation (it might be helpful to have the other confirmation numbers handy).  Although Disney will not guarantee room assignments, you can be sure they will do what they can to place you together or as close as possible.

Good luck with your rooms and I hope you all have a fabulous vacation!  Diane  :)
