We will be arriving WDW late 10/2-10/9. We will be enjoying MNNSHP and were wondering which night would be best 10/6 or10/8. Would like to go on 10/8 for one last big celebration before departing but I am worried it will be too crowded w/ locals?

    Mindy:

In the past, the special nights for Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party and Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party sold out closer to the holiday.  Because your choices are still early in the month, you shouldn't encounter sell outs for either night.

However, be aware that the crowd level may begin to rise as Thursday approaches Columbus Day Weekend, and any holiday weekend welcomes more guests to the park.  Also, many schools that go year-round choose to be out for a fall break around that holiday.

If I were in your shoes, I don't think the added crowd would take away from the impact of your "final night" memory-maker.  I like it!  I'd do it!

    Wishing y'all a magical vacation!

My family of 6 appreciates Disney's value! Although Ft. Wilderness is our second home, we've enjoyed the resorts for business, reunions and romantic getaways. For me, Disney also means dining: last count, I'd eaten at 55 restaurants around the World! Learn More About Whitney
