Arriving at WDW for first trip on afternoon of Nov 21 with daughters 10 and 4 and have park hopper. Which park for first day? Which parks for other 3 days? Thanks. Love this panel.

    Hi Melissa,

Thank you so much for your question!  Your trip is just around the corner, so it's good to get all these little details ironed out!

Personally, we always need to visit the Magic Kingdom first.  There is no better way to kick off our Walt Disney World Vacation than to start in the park where it all began.  That being said, you can expect it to be fairly crowded the day you arrive because weekends are very popular times at this park.  So I would spend the day (and evening if you wish, it's open until 10:00 p.m. that night), but don't put to much pressure on to see a lot of attractions.  You should simply enjoy the magic and make mental notes of what you "must do" on one of the other day you return to this park.

If it were my family, we would probably start our day on Sunday at Disney's Animal Kingdom and then head over to Epcot afterwards.  Monday I would start at Disney's Hollywood Studios (and hop to another park if you wish), and Tuesday spend the day at the Magic Kingdom.

I think it is important to note that getting to the parks early is the best way to take advantage of park hopping.  You can leave a park in late morning/early afternoon and either take a rest or hop right to another park.  This leaves you ample time to see two parks in one day.

    Hope this helps!
