We are arriving at Walt Disney World on June 15th. We are celebrating 3 little girls birthdays! One on that actual day!! What are the best activities, must dos, dining experiences that we can plan?

Your trip isn’t far off, now, Julie. I bet you are excited. The only question is whether your excitement level matches that of those little birthday princesses you're traveling with!

You don’t mention the ages you’ll be celebrating, though you do indicate that they’re little, so I’m going to make some assumptions in my recommendations. If I am off base, definitely ask another question and provide ages so we can offer better suggestions. Sound good? Let’s get to it!

Most little girls I know consider themselves big fans of Anna and Elsa. If that’s the case, you’re going to want to experience Frozen Ever After at Epcot and For the First Time in Forever: A Frozen Sing-Along Celebration at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Both of these attractions are suitable for the whole family, although any teenage boys in the group may opt out of the sing-along (my son does that, but between you and me, he doesn’t know what he’s missing). Though not Frozen-themed, Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway, also at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, is a must-do!

On your Magic Kingdom day(s), you’re going to want to keep an eye out for the Character Cavalcades. Though there is no schedule to check, these celebrations travel along the parade route and give Guests the chance to see some favorite Disney faces. Similar experiences happen in the other three theme parks as well, so be on the lookout!

Lastly, let’s address your dining options. Do consider a meal at Be Our Guest Restaurant in Magic Kingdom. The surroundings will have your birthday girls in awe. And how about a Character meal? Chef Mickey’s, Topolino's Terrace – Flavors of the Riviera, Hollywood & Vine and Garden Grill Restaurant all host Character Dining options. It's important that you make dining reservations 60 days in advance of your visit if you do want to enjoy any of the meals I suggested; they're popular options and reservation availability is limited.

I sure hope I’ve inspired some festive ideas, Julie. Like I said, if I guessed wrong on ages/interests, give us another shot! I’m wishing extra special birthdays all around.

Of course, the vacations my family enjoys today look much different than they did when our kids were little, but while some of our favorite activities have evolved, Disney destinations still top our travel wish lists.
