Arriving for 1st visit ever on January 27, woo hoo! See online check-in can be done earlier now. Staying at Art of Animation in Lion King suite. What building should I choose? Any specific view I should ask for? Any suggestions at all?

Hi Vicki!  I stayed in a Lion King suite in August and let me just say you are going to love this resort!   There are two buildings with the Lion King theme - buildings 6 and 10.  They are adjacent to each other so one isn't closer than the other to the main building.  It's going to come down to your preference - do you prefer the first floor or would you rather be higher up (there are elevators).  I didn't request a specific room and I ended up on the first floor in building 6 with a view of the gardens and Hourglass Lake.  I thought the location was perfect.

If you would like to try for a view of the lake, you can request building 6.  If you have a floor preference, you can request that also.  Or, you can let a cast member decide and see what happens!  Room requests are not guaranteed but the cast members will do what they can to accommodate your request.

Make sure you budget some time to spend at the resort.  The Nemo pool with underwater speakers is lots of fun and there are tons of photo opportunities as you stroll through the resort.

    Have a fabulous vacation!  Diane
