Hello! We will be arriving for our visit to Disney World on December 31. We don't have plans to visit the parks until New Years Day. So, I was hoping to visit Disney Springs. Are there holiday hours available yet? Any New Years's Eve events?

Hello Lacee and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
How wonderful to be planning to ring in the New Year at Walt Disney World Resort, I can't think of any place with more magic!
I think you've devised a great plan to visit the newly enhanced Disney Springs on 31st December which I'm sure will be buzzing with both a happy atmosphere and jolly Holiday vibe; on your behalf I've checked the Hours tab (found via my previous link) which currently indicates for Guests to check back soon for updated Holiday Hours - so my best advice is to keep on checking!
I don't believe any special New Years Eve 2015 events have yet been announced via the Disney Parks Blog, but to give a flavour of what Disney might treat Guests to please take a look at last years Disney Parks Blog ~ New Years Eve 2014; which includes details of sparkling firework extravaganzas at Disney's Hollywood Studios, Epcot and the Magic Kingdom Park.
For more happy Hogmanay Disney dining suggestions you may wish to check out these Disney Parks Blog ~ New Years Eve 2015 and New Years Eve at Walt Disney World Resort links.
I'm sure what ever is finally decided upon you'll enjoy an enchanted New Year Holiday at Walt Disney World Resort creating magical memories which are sure to last an entire lifetime.
    Have a great Disney day.
